With our like-new phones, we guarantee that they will have battery support for maximum performance, meaning in the range of 86-100%. You won't receive an iPhone with a message saying you need to replace the battery. Of course, battery health also depends on the age of the specific model.

Does your merchandise come with a warranty?

Absolutely! All iPhones come with a 2-year warranty for your peace of mind and secure purchase.

How can I file a complaint or return an item?

It's simple! Just fill in the relevant form on our website and follow the instructions. Then you send us the claimed or returned goods, and we'll take a look at them right away. Together we'll surely find a solution. You can find the forms here.

Do you buy iPhones and other Apple products?

Of course! If you are interested in selling an old or new iPhone, use our calculator in the Buyout section to find out the approximate price. We also buy phones with damaged backs or displays at a fair price, but the device must always be logged out. However, we are not interested in assembled, non-original iPhones.

Can I pick up the phone in person?

Yes, you can pick it up at one of our iLoveServis branches, where you can also try it out. You can find a list of our branches here.
