Orders are usually dispatched the same business day if the order is placed by 12:00 PM. You will receive tracking information by email immediately after dispatch.
Personal Pick-up – 11 brick-and-mortar stores
Do you prefer personal contact and immediate pick-up? iLoveServis operates 11 brick-and-mortar stores throughout the Czech Republic. Personal pick-up is completely free. At the store, our expert team will be happy to answer all your questions about your refurbished iPhone.

Payment Methods
For your convenience, we offer several payment methods:
- Online card payment – fast and secure payment directly when completing the order (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
- Bank transfer – after receiving order confirmation, you pay the amount by transfer to our account. The order is processed after the payment is credited.
- Cash on delivery – payment in cash or by card upon receipt of the shipment from the courier. Surcharge for cash on delivery: 39 CZK.
- Cash or card at the branch – for personal pick-up, we accept payments in cash and by payment card.
Complaints and Returns
For every refurbished iPhone, we provide a 2-year warranty and a 30-day right of return without giving a reason. Goods can be returned in an unchanged condition simply via a shipping service or in person at a branch. Details about the complaint and return process are available in the terms and conditions.
