What to check when buying?

Upon personal collection or after receiving your shipment, we recommend going through this checklist:

• ☑ Battery: In Settings → Battery → Battery Health, check the capacity (100% guaranteed by us).
• ☑ Display: Look at the screen from different angles — check for scratches corresponding to the stated condition.
• ☑ Face ID / Touch ID: Set up your face or fingerprint and verify functionality.
• ☑ Cameras: Test the front and rear cameras, try recording a video.
• ☑ IMEI: On the box or in Settings → General → About. Verify on the Apple website (checkcoverage.apple.com) that the device is not blocked.

Conditions A, B, C — what's the difference?

Warranty and Returns

We provide a statutory 2-year warranty on every refurbished iPhone from iLoveServis. This is the same warranty length as for a new iPhone — no shortened terms, no exclusions.

How to claim a warranty?

In case of a defect, bring the device to any of the 11 iLoveServis brick-and-mortar stores or contact customer service online. We will handle the claim within the statutory period of 30 days. Since iLoveServis operates its own service centers, most defects are repaired directly on-site.

30-day return

If the refurbished iPhone does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 30 days without giving a reason. You will receive a full refund. The condition is that the device must be in its original state without further damage.
